  • Welcome and Annual Report of the SWAN Community Council.

 

  • Sign the Minutes of the last Annual Meeting of Electors 2025.

 

  • Report of the Responsible Financial Officer Sarah Evans.

 

  • To award Young Persons Awards, for Outstanding Contribution to the Community, Outstanding Contribution to the Environment, Outstanding Contribution to Kindness and Compassion in the Community.

 

  • To note the presentation of the KALC Community Award to Mr Andy Hodges and the Rising Costs Working Group and circulate certificates of appreciation.

 

  • To receive a report on the Wilder of Kent Silver Award and the presentation of a Certificates of Achievement to Planting and Biodiversity Working Group Volunteers for SWANCC.

 

  • To invite all community groups and the school to make representations on their activities.

 

  • To receive a report from Mr Peter New Neighbourhood Watch.

 

  • To invite reports from KCC and Ward Cllrs and closing statements from former Cllrs.

 

  • To close the meeting with refreshments.
