About Us

Members of the SWAN Community Council are volunteers and live in the local area. The Council comprises of 11 Councillors, 8  Councillors in the South Willesborough Ward and 3 in the Newtown Ward.  We are also known by the acronym SWANCC.

SWAN Community Plan

Following Public Consultation in 2021 the SWAN Community Plan was adopted in 2022 and implemented between April 2022 and March 2025.
