Hollie Goldup is an exceptional young person whose commitment to the Ashford community, through The Salvation Army, is both inspiring and unwavering.

Holly gives her time selflessly all year round. She volunteers weekly at children’s clubs and drop-in sessions, creating a safe, welcoming space where young people feel valued, supported, and able to thrive.

Hollie, created and now leads our community sports day, a youth-led initiative that brings families together, promotes wellbeing, and reduces barriers for those experiencing disadvantage. Her idea has grown into a powerful community event, strengthening connections and encouraging inclusive participation.

They  consistently brings creativity, energy, and compassion to everything she does, helping to shape activities that respond to local needs and challenge social inequalities.
